Marine Engineer for Workshop

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely setup and maintenance of workshop equipment and facilities.
- Exhibit strong supervisory abilities to manage workshop operations effectively.
- Deliver lectures, gather student feedback, and assess results.
- Maintain timeliness in administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and administrative processes.
- Supervise workshop activities to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong supervisory abilities to oversee workshop operations effectively.
- Exercise financial performance and budgetary control responsibilities.
- Develop and update courses in a timely manner to meet industry standards.
- Provide effective supervision in course development to ensure quality and relevance.
- Ensure safety, maintain a tidy environment, and uphold discipline.
Skills and Experience Required
- Class 02 or Class 03 Marine Engineer with Sailing Experience.
- Previous Lecturing Experience will be an Added advantage.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to generate ideas for improvement.
- Strong analytical skills.
