සුදුසුකම් :
- අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ දක්වා හදාරා තිබීම.
- කාර්මික විද්‍යාලයක/වෙනත් වෘත්තීය පුහුණු ආයතනයක ඉදිකිරීම් ක්‍ෂේත්‍රයට අදාල මුලික පාඨමාලාවක් හෝ වෙනත් කාර්මික පාඨමාලාවක් හදාරා තිබීම.
පුහුණුවන කාලය තුල රු. 50,000 ක මාසික ඉපැයීමක්.
දක්ෂතාවය සහ කැපවීම මත නිෂ්පාදන අංශයන්හි ඉහළ තනතුරු සඳහා යොමුවීමේ හැකියාව.
ඉහත තනතුරු සඳහා වයස අවු. 26 ට අඩු, කණ්ඩායම් හැඟීමෙන් වැඩ කල හැකි අයහට ඉල්ලුම් කල හැක.

- G.C.E A/L qualification
- Having completed a basic course related to the construction industry in a technical college/other vocational training institute or any other technical course.
No work experience is essential
Monthly earning above Rs.75,000

Qualifications :
- Sat for G.C.E A/L
- Having studied a basic course related to the construction industry in a technical college/other vocational training institute or any other technical course.
Total earnings within the training period will be Rs.50,000 per month.
