About DPA
Degrees Plus Australia provides support to universities and colleges to attract international students to study at their institutions. DPA offers consultation, marketing, and support services to both educational organizations and international students.
The International Student Counsellor position is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo 04 (Bambalapitiya).
Your Role at DPA
- Follow up with Client Database.
- Consulting students to help finding the suitable study destination and the university.
- Assisting the students with the application process.
- You will be working under the direction of the Manger DPA.
Key Requirement
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject such as education, marketing, business, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 experience in student counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize, build rapport, and manage client relationships.
- An organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines and targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently and respond positively to direct instruction.
