We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant at Zie . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our operations, from inventory management to order fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and trying on clothing items.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including offering style advice and assistance.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.
- Contribute to creating visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and inquiries professionally.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment:
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping information.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Passion for fashion and staying updated on current trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.
- To work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
