TEAM LEADER - CALL CENTER | CANADIAN PROCESS - NIGHT SHIFT
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in (relevant field) or previous experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire
- and motivate teams during nighttime hours.
- Flexibility to work during the night shift:
- 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (One way transport is provided)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Utilize Excel to generate reports and analyze data related to team performance, call volume, and other key metrics.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
