THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or a professional qualification in HR.
- 4-5 years overall experience in Learning & Development with exposure to
- Using digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience
- Interpreting date and make data driven decisions
- Crafting interventions with the use of blended learning method
- A natural at
- Execution & Detail orientation
- Collaborating & working with cross functional teams
- Communication, Presentation & Facilitation of interventions
