Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or a professional qualification in HR.
  • 4-5 years overall experience in Learning & Development with exposure to
  1. Using digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience
  2. Interpreting date and make data driven decisions
  3. Crafting interventions with the use of blended learning method
  • A natural at
  1. Execution & Detail orientation
  2. Collaborating & working with cross functional teams
  3. Communication, Presentation & Facilitation of interventions
