QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a fully qualified in CA
- Must have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance in a Reputed University
- Minimum of 4-6 years hands-on experience with financial operations, financial reporting, financial management and auditing
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring the Day To Day Operations - Overall Oversight of the Financial Operations & Administration Activities
- Implementing Robust Financial Systems and Developing Policies and Procedures to Ensure Effective and Efficient Financial Management within the Company
- Prepare Financial Management Reports including Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting required by the directors and the management
- Advising the Directors and Senior Management Team on All Matters Relating To Financial Performance and Provide Guidance on Financial Strategy
- Preparation of Monthly & Annual Financial Statements
- Analyze costing and profitability of products, projects and events
- Provide Advice on Taxes
- Managing and overseen the Cash Flow of the Company
- Maintain Records of Assets, Liabilities, Profit & Loss, taxation and other financial activities within the Company
- Maintain cordial working relationships with bankers, auditors, regulatory bodies and other stake holders
