WHAT WE NEED
- Excellent oral communication skills in English
- Minimum 1 year experience in the inbound call center
- Should be able to work during UK shift hours (03.00PM – 12.00AM IST)
- Aged between 19 – 30 years
- Experience in offshore contact center would be an added advantage
