KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
REQUIREMENT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English preferred
- Must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's/College Degree in any related course.
- Leverage existing tools to reach new registered customers and successfully convert them to start buying/using the product/- services
- Be proactive to meet the personal KPIs in terms of member conversion as required in conjunction with department targets
- Handle customer queries via communication channels e.g. social media, Messenger programs, e-mail, and phone calls
- Focus on Customer Service quality while approaching potential customers, tailor standard service to customer expectation
- Escalating all issues related customer accounts to Team Leader and follow up the case completely, including getting feedback from each case and keep record
- Follow up and complete daily tasks according to schedule planned
- Be frank, friendly, and flexible to customers in communication style
- Age 20 to 40 years.
