UX DESIGNER / ENGINEER
The UX Designer/Engineer at SAS Sport/SAS Creative is at the forefront of creating user-centric digital solutions. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding our user base, crafting intuitive interfaces, and ensuring that the user journey is optimal at every touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Information Architecture: Design and structure content layouts for optimum user experience.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop both low and high-fidelity representations of interfaces.
- User Testing: Organize usability testing sessions and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, UI Designers, developers, and product managers.
- Documentation: Create and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and user personas.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline.
- Design Tools: Mastery of design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a UX Designer role.
- Research Skills: Proven expertise in user research methodologies and tools.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle design challenges with a user-first mindset.
