Assistant Sales Manager - Corporate and Leisure

We are currently seeking an energetic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager specializing in Leisure and Corporate sales to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies targeting both leisure travelers and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans targeting leisure travelers and corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the leisure and corporate segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our leisure and corporate offerings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives targeting leisure and corporate segments.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and reservations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure and corporate clients.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our leisure and corporate offerings and expand our client base.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices related to leisure and corporate sales.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sakes experience in the lifestyle sector as a Senior Sales Executives is a must.
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude. 
  • High command in English and ability to communicate in Tamil/ Sinhala will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with a qualification in Sales/ Marketing.
