Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving loyalty to our brand. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback mechanisms, surveys, and communication channels.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client retention and growth efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years customer servicing experience in the lifestyle sector is a must.
  • Experience in CRM software's will be an added advantage.
  • High command in English and ability to communicate in Tamil/ Sinhala will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving client satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
