Social Media - Specialist 

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about social media, have a strong understanding of various platforms, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.
  • Manage and maintain our presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform and target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback.
  • Grow and nurture our social media community by fostering meaningful interactions, building relationships, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns and content.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform strategy and content creation.
  • Experiment with new features, formats, and tactics to optimize social media performance and drive innovation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics and reporting.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Certification in social media marketing or related field is preferred.
