Customer Care Executive | Borella
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Resolve customer issues by providing timely and accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Should be able to speak Fluent English & Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday on a rotational basis.
- Age between 18 to 26 years.
