Customer Care Executive | Borella

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Should be able to speak Fluent English & Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday on a rotational basis.
  • Age between 18 to 26 years.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
