Senior Executive - Production (Dankotuwa)
Being the Senior Executive - Production, you will directly report to the Manager Production (Napkin) and the primary responsibility will be;
- To overlook and ensure smooth operation of the Napkin plant meeting the targets of cost, quality, delivery and productivity.
- The incumbent will play an integral role in all stages of the production process.
- Oversee the team performance and is required to implement administrative and technical decisions for the smooth functioning of the production process.
Who We Want
- Holder of a Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering or in the field of Physical Science from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Exposure to SAP, OHSAS, ISO, 6S, KAIZEN and GMP whilst being qualified in Lean, will be advantageous.

- Ability to work with a wide group of stakeholders coupled with good communication skills is essential
