EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT - SUPPLY CHAIN (ISSUING)
Responsibilities
- Prepare the system issue note based on the requisition received from the Technical Teams
- Oversee the part returns & handover to the storing sub division with the completed system entries and documents
- Provide timely feedback to the procurement division on the non-available parts according to the requisitions received
- Ensure all documents pertaining to parts issuing operations are maintained, updated & filed with required acknowledgements
Requirements
- Passed the GCE O/L & GCE A/L
- A degree or diploma in supply chain or stores management will be an added advantage
- Preferably 02 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Computer literacy
- Team working
- Excellent Communication skills, - written & verbal
