Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, procurement, and stock control.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products while maintaining cost competitiveness.
- Implement and maintain processes to monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics.
- Coordinate with various departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless flow of goods and information.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
