JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - COMPLIANCE & ISO
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling all matters relating to the implementation and maintenance of ISO QMS standards and compliance
- Implementing system audits and business practices
- Handling and maintaining documentation control
- Ensuring all business operations adhere to Company policies and guidelines.
- Overseeing & Conducting risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Top Management
- Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes.
- Overall supervision of planned annual audits and other relevant activities.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the relevant field
- Fully or Part qualifications in the field/s of HR/Finance/Management
- Should have excellent communication skills and good command of English,
- Should have excellent computer literacy.
- Knowledge on ISO standards and experience with internal as well as external ISO auditing would be added advantage.
- Age below 30 years
