Associate Manager - Business Development (Factoring) - Kurunegala
This is an excellent opportunity for a young, dynamic and result oriented individual to assume the role as an Associate Manager Business Development (Factoring) with the potential to perform in a challenging working environment.
The Role
- To generate new Factoring business as per assigned target in order to achieve budgeted business volumes and profitability.
- To maintain profitability and health of the portfolio
- To develop Factoring in the assigned region and train regional staff to promote factoring.
- To do the credit evaluation on new Factoring clients, submit facility proposals for approval and activate approved facility in the system.
- To cross sell -other products offered by the company.
- To assist with the business promotions, advertising, corporate communications and other business development activities of the Factoring BU and the respective region.
The Profile
- Fully or partly qualified in CIM/SLIM/Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing financial products & credit evaluation
- Good in communication, negotiation & analytical skills
- Passion for working capital related lending.
