Videographer / Cinematographer
Videographer/cinematographer is responsible for capturing high quality video footage that aligns with the vision and requirements of a video project. They work closely with the Head of Production and Production team to understand the desired style and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and camera techniques.
- Ability to capture high-quality footage, paying attention to framing, focus, and exposure.
- Knowledge of various filming styles and techniques.
- Understanding of shot sequencing and storytelling through visuals.
- Familiarity with different lenses, filters, and other camera accessories.
- Ability to work with different lighting setups and adapt to various shooting conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of basic audio recording techniques.
- Basic understanding of video editing software for file management and organization.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma in film production, cinematography, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a videographer or assistant cinematographer.
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work and demonstrating technical skills.
- Knowledge of video production processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
