Junior IT Executive | Aruggoda, Panadura
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform as a member of an application & hardware support team.
- Provide support for ICT hardware/network issues as and when needed
- Work with ERP system users and the management to understand requirements/Issues to provide solutions.
- Assist ERP systems users with data entry/conversion.
- Assist with testing new releases/solutions of ERP systems prior to use in a live environment.
- Create user manuals, documentation and procedures guidelines for system users, regular attendance at work and schedule meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advance diploma I HND will be an added advantage.
- 3 years of similar experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic idea of ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in handling ICT hardware/networks will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to work under pressure independently.
