Senior Executive - Customer Services

Job Profile

  • Co-ordinate/communicate with customers relating to after sales support requirements.
  • Assigning Technicians at breakdown calls, define travel route for Colombo Technicians, follow-up pending calls and drive technicians to get repairs to be done as early as possible
  • Analyze Spare parts requirements and assist in placing orders.
  • Liaise with principals where required. Email communication with customers, suppliers & management.
