Customer Service Engineer
The customer service/support engineer will be part of Ecologital’s service desk responsible for responding to customer queries via phone and e-mail, troubleshooting problems remotely and maintaining a very high standard of service. Your main role will involve interacting with customers, troubleshoot issues & assist with queries. As part of this role, you will also utilise systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards across our spectrum of solutions. You will be responsible for capturing & maintaining detailed reports of customer interactions and reporting issues to Ecologital’s internal IT team.
