Arinos Lanka, established in 2017 as a Sri Lankan branch of Arinos Inc. Ginza, Tokyo Japan. We provide recruitment consultation for professionals seeking employment in Japan or Sri Lanka. After the Covid pandemic our local staff started working fully remotely. Our business sectors include recruitment consultation for both Japanese and local companies, Japanese language classes and BPO (Business process outsourcing) services. However, the employees recruiting for this position will be assigned for the business promotion of the BCD division in Arinos Inc. Japan.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sending business emails to Japanese clients
- Arranging meetings with Japanese clients and the representatives of Japan head office
- Responding to the emails from Japanese companies Managing KGI & KPI & task management sheets
- Participating in the meetings with the management
- Assist in operations of HR functions and duties
- Drafting emails (English/ Japanese)
THE EMPLOYEES WILL ASSIGN TO THE WORK OF BUSINESS CREATION DIVISION IN HEAD-OFFICE
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have JLPT N2 or above.
- Good computer literacy MS Office, Excel, Spreadsheet
- Able to work independently with good communication skills.
- Age between 24 -35
- Degree in Japanese language preferred.
- Previous Experience of working at a Japanese company is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work under the pressure Interest to work with Japanese staff.
Salary
- Depending on the skills and experience
- Salary increment will be offered if extended to permanent position at the end of contract period, depending on your performance.
