ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • Act as an important link between the client and the Operations Team. 
  • Attend to client calls, interacting with clients frequently.
  • Manage job queues and communicate feedback to Operations Team.
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities with the production team and ensure smooth workflow, resource allocation, and timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accuracy in jobs submitted to clients.
  • Responsible for quality and timely completion of all projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • G.C.E. Advance Level/Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma
  • Good communications skills & Technical know-how of MS Office Suite

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend/holiday shifts
