Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the successful implementation of sales plans. Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of business development plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related role within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive business plans.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
