We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as Manager - Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polythene or flexible packaging, along with proven sales experience in the industrial sector. Job Description
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the polythene and flexible packaging industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to forecast future trends and make informed business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business objectives.

Key Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience is mandatory in sales within the polythene or flexible packaging industry, with a strong understanding of product specifications, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving common goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with customers at all levels.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be 45 years of age or below to be considered for this position.
