Automobile Engineer
The Ideal Candidates should have
- A degree in Automobile Engineering with 08 years' experience or HNDE/NDES/NDT qualification or City & Guilds Diploma with 15 years post qualifying experience in a similar position.
- Experience in handling multi- brand vehicles like heavy Machinery, Tractors and earth moving equipment.
- Foreign experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Age should be above 35 years.
Task & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring high rate of equipment availability, achieving workshop budgets, plant utilization, technician's productivity and efficiency.
- Implement the best managerial and engineering practices for workshop and Body shop operations.
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assess employee performance and identify training and development needs.
- Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
- Monitor and identify requirements of the future business needs and upgrade facilities.
- Responsible for all aspects of the workshop and related operations.
