The ideal candidate must posses:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry / fresher also can apply
- Hands on experience in handling inbound tour operations
- Knowledge of hotel rates and costing
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with Ms Word and Excel
- Working knowledge in English language
Job Description:
- Carry out email corresponding with foreign agents and clients
- Tour planning and developing itineraries
- Prepare accurate tour costing and quotations
- Dispatch Hotel vouchers/ Transport requisitions and obtain confirmations
- Coordinating tour guides
- Coordination with the accounts team for invoices/payments
- Additional task that are within the scope of employment
