Customer Relations Executive (Chinese speaking) – Part-Time
Dimension of the role :
Minimum requirements:
- Assist the store with customer relations requirements and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest standards.
- Always ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
- Drive customer count.
- Assist in all store promotions/activations and create awareness among customers/internal staff.
- Support colleagues where needed to complete store tasks.
- Manage the store suggestions book and provide solutions/communicate with customers.
- Implement procedures/processes to avoid customer complaints.
- Managing customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Minimum requirements:
- Speak fluently in Chinese language (Mandarin)
- A valid work permit of a minimum 1 year to work in Sri Lanka.
- Good knowledge of English in both oral and written.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/ Retail administration is an advantage.
- A team player with a drive to achieve set targets.
- Being proactive and develop activities to improve sales.
- Ability to work through numerous and varied decisions taken under pressure.
