Roles & Responsibilities
Acquiring new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including expanding market share.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive business growth.
- Bringing innovative solutions to attract new clients.
- Present the organization's services to potential clients.
- Engage in cold calling and initiate cold visits to reach prospective clients.
Visiting institutes/events
- Client relationship management
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Collaboration & Communication
- Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative working environment with all external & internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and decision makers.
- Conduct virtual & in-person sales meetings.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Qualifications
