Inbound / Outbound Junior Tour Executive (Male/Female) | Nawala

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate Inbound and Outbound tours, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
- Utilize your expertise to design and develop captivating tour packages.
- Plan and execute tour itineraries independently.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hotels and service providers, to enhance the quality of our tours.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries with professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on tour planning and coordination for Inbound & Outbound tours
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage multiple tours simultaneously
- Ability to design and develop innovative Inbound and Outbound tour packages
- Age preferably between 22 to 30, open to both male and female candidates.
