Showroom Manager / Assistant Manager

We are looking for creative and artistic individual to join our team with industry experience to work on full time, to manage the company retail network.
Successful Candidates Should
- Lead & manage the showroom in accordance to shared values & standards of RV Fashion.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly, seasonal and annual performance goals and execute strategies to generate profits.
- Develop, lead and motivate the team and provide direct customer service on the sales floor.
- Coordinate with buyers, warehouse & department managers on managing stock levels and item replenishment.
- Follow up on proper staff planning, training & developmental needs.
- Be responsible in cashier operational functions.
Applicants Should
- Be between the age 30-40
- Be qualified in GCE A/L
- Have minimum 3 years prior experience in similar capacity
- Be fluent in English & Sinhala languages
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Professional qualification in sales & marketing would be an added advantage
