TEAM LEADER - CALL CENTER | CANADIAN PROCESS - NIGHT SHIFT

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in (relevant field) or previous experience in a call center environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire
  • and motivate teams during nighttime hours.
  • Flexibility to work during the night shift:
  • 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (One way transport is provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize Excel to generate reports and analyze data related to team performance, call volume, and other key metrics.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
