Senior Software Development Specialist – Frontend, .Net & Azure | Doha Qatar
Job Role
- Point of contact for production apps developed on frontend technologies, .Net and Azure.
- Responsible for complete product operations and support cycle.
- Responsible for taking KT and handover of all Production applications and services that are developed in .Net and Azure domain.
- Responsible for Monitoring and alerting of all aspects of the production apps.
- Responsible for deployments automated and manual.
- Creating project infrastructure across Dev, Stg & Prod environments in azure using azure Bicep/ARM IaC
- Define and maintain code versioning and release strategies.
- Act as owner of Production branch
- Design, develop and maintain automated migration process (CI/CD)
- Define and apply strategies and processes to release, support and operate software.
- Adheres to standards, industry best practices in Change Management, Build and Deployment Management, Release management, Service Management
- Ensure alignment with service delivery and change request processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- 9+ years of experience in similar role
- Relevant certifications related to software development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of requirements/situations.
- Understanding of business process principles and tools
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
