Requirements & Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related IT fields.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry.
- Demonstrable proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Proven track record of active participation in real-world projects and ability to describe your contributions to these projects.
- Strong proficiency in English required.
- Preparedness for an intensive learning experience with real world projects.
