Payroll Officer | Head Office - Kandy
We want you to,
- Assist Senior Manager - Payroll in executing critical processes related to the payroll function of the company.
- Maintain full confidentiality in day-to-day activities related to payroll function.
- Maintain clear records of payroll related MIS and reports for easy reference.
- Assist in general employee queries related to payroll.
We expect you to,
- Possess a degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resources or Psychology, which will be a definite advantage.
- Be below 35 years of age and possess a minimum of 1 year experience in payroll at a reputed organization.
- Be able to provide operational support in a highly confidential, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English (proficiency in Tamil is a definite advantage)
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to produce high quality and accurate correspondence and documents.
- Possess basic IT skills with ability to use spreadsheets, databases, digital HR tools and platforms.
