Mobility - Executive Driver Operations

What You'll Do:
  • Set the Standard: Take charge of the Driver Operations arm, ensuring that all our Earners meet and exceed Uber Standards.
  • Financial Mastery: Oversee daily payment collections and arrear thresholds, implementing strategic measures to maintain optimal performance within expected targets.
  • Analytical Insight: Conduct weekly analyses of driver behavior, maintaining quality metrics well above Uber standards. Use data-driven insights to continually enhance the operational strategies.
  • Communication Maestro: Collaborate with the CRM Point of Contact to establish effective communication channels throughout the entire journey lifecycle, ensuring consistent quality standards.
  • Expansion Dynamo: Play a key role in expansion to new geographies and product launches, implementing quality process flows to guarantee a seamless experience for Earners. 
  • Driver Relations Extraordinaire: Organize driver welfare events and programs, fostering strong relationships with our Earners and showcasing Uber's commitment to their well-being.

What You'll Need:

As our ideal candidate, you are expected to:
  • Driver Advocate: Be a passionate advocate for drivers, answering queries and building loyalty among both new and existing drivers.
  • Empathy Expert: Show empathy to frustrated drivers, solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences promptly.
  • Operational Guru: Have full control of operational KPIs, meeting targets on a month-on-month basis, and escalating issues when necessary.

Your Toolbox:
  • Work-Life Balance: Requires only weekday work, providing an ideal work-life balance. 
  • Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree.
