Facility Services Team Member

SLIM's business functions span across education, advocacy, membership, training, research, SME development, promoting entrepreneurship, sustainability initiatives, and National Level events such as Brand Excellence Awards, Peoples Awards, National Sales Awards, Effie Awards and SLIM Digis etc. SLIM is board of Management member of the Asian Marketing Federation, which is with a membership of 17 Asian Countries and affiliated to the World Marketing Association.
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our Facility Services Team to assist in the smooth operations of day-to-day activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with various office activities as needed, such as photocopying, filing, and setting up meeting rooms.
- Conduct daily mail deliveries and ensure timely distribution to respective recipients.
- Supervise office cleaning to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Attend to day-to-day maintenance requirements, including basic repairs and troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Possess GCE O/L Qualification with a valid motorbike license.
- Familiarity with the roads and locations in Colombo.
- Basic knowledge of using a computer.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, maintenance procedures, and electronics will be an added advantage.
