Key Accountability
  • Handling outbound calls effectively.
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide service related information & solutions for customers.
 
Basic Qualifications & Details
  • Passed GCE O/L with "S" pass for Mathematics and English subjects.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English.
  • Willing to work on Monday to Saturday.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
  • Age 18 to 35 years.
