We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to undertake a variety of HR administrative tasks (recruitment for Japanese companies).

In Sri Lanka, we were established in 2017 as Arinos Lanka and initially provided HR services to highly skilled professionals who have been looking for jobs in Japanese companies for a long time. Currently, we have focused our business on two segments: Japanese recruitment services and Japanese language classes. Our dedicated and skilled team is committed to providing our clients with a genuine and exceptional service, helping them to master the Japanese language and find their dream job in Japan.

Job description:
Fully remote

Salary : According to your skills and experience (+15% EPF & ETF)

Working hours: 8:00-16:00
6 month contract basis (Permanent job offer based on performance after 6 months)

Duties:
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Translating documents required by Japanese companies (CVs, Working history, skill-sheets)
  • Managing candidate interviews and guiding candidates. 
  • Assisting with the job recruitment process and  and organizing student gatherings for Japanese classes.
  • Posting online advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing social media pages. (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Supporting for all internal and external recruitment-related inquiries or requests.
  • Responding to customer/ employee inquiries related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
  • Communicating with Japanese staff at the head office.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese are required.
  • Ability to follow Japanese business manners. 
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a large workload under pressure.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office package.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.

Qualifications
  • Required Japanese Language skill N2 level
  • Required business-level English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or in a relevant human resources/administrative position is an additional advantage.
