Team Leader / Specialist - Employee Engagement / Recruitment | Wattala
Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for overall recruitment and selection of agent and non-agent staff.
- Coordinate with consultants and various resources for successful recruitment
- Accountable for meeting all staffing numbers as per SLAs.
- Assists in the identification of recruiting issues and implement solutions.
- Review and monitor recruitment strategy.
Talent Engagement & Management
- Communicate HR policies to employees.
- Conduct policy awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with vendors and others as per requirement.
- Implement organization development activities as per guidelines.
- Implement Employee engagement activities as per guidelines.
- Attrition control as per SLAs
Required skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Counseling & mentoring skills.
- Problem Solving skills & excellent computer literacy.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience in handling employee engagement/recruitment including handling disciplinary inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM
- Willingness to work at our Wattala office and travel to client premises.
- The incumbent should be below 35 years old.
