We're seeking a talented Head Chef to join our team and unleash a whirlwind of flavors. As the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for menu creation, procurement, stock handling, kitchen recruitment, staff handling, and overall kitchen management.
Requirements:
- Proven kitchen management experience
- Flexibility and an adventurous palate for exploring new flavors
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- Experience in Italian cuisine
