Job Summary:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our mechanical systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Profile:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Create prototypes and conduct testing to evaluate design concepts, make necessary improvements, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports. Implement quality control measures to monitor the production process, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, working closely with colleagues to implement enhancements.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, providing technical support to manufacturing teams as needed. 
  • Ensure all mechanical designs and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

Person Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant engineering tools. Familiarity with FEA analysis is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose practical solutions. 
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE license) are a plus.
  • A genuine passion for mechanical engineering and a desire to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
