Recovery Assistant / Officer/ Senior Officer | Wennappuwa, Kadawatha & Ja Ela

Job Profile
- Should be able to manage and achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets
- Regular customer visits and conducts investigations to follow up with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Should be able to keep proper records, good understanding of assigned /branch portfolio and customers
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Ability to work under pressure
Candidate Profile
- Overall experience should be more than 02 years.
- One year of experience in the recovery field will be an added advantage.
- The ability to converse fluently in Sinhala and English is a must.
- You should be a team player and be willing to travel extensively on the field.
- Proven track record of meeting business objectives.
- You must have a valid driving license.
