Software Engineer / Developer
Key Duties & Responsibilities.
- Review current operational systems in the organization.
- Analyze, evaluate & propose ideas, plans, and strategies for system improvements.
- Work closely with analysts, designers, and other support staff for system changes & improvements.
- Produce detailed specifications and write program codes accurately and creatively.
- Perform extensive testing prior to launching live.
- Prepare training manuals for users and create awareness.
- Constant monitoring and maintenance of systems.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- A Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a recognized university / Institution or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 02 years' experience in Software Development.
- Experience in C#.Net
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
