RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting customers and identifying their service needs
- Vehicle inspections and documenting
- Customer care and professional service delivery
- Effectively scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of services
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/Associate's degree or technical certification
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive service or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance procedures, and repair diagnostics
- Ability to multitask, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
