Job Profile
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and insights that can inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales analysis to track performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
- Utilize internal data analytics to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and streamline business processes.
- Collect and compile customer data from various sources, including transaction records, loyalty program data, and customer feedback.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with team members to support data-driven decision-making processes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance business performance.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis projects as required by the team, including market research, competitor analysis, and predictive modeling.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree/ MBA in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact.
- Expertise in data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively work and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and translate data into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.
- Prior experience in the food service industry or related fields is a plus
