Description
- Involve actively in the development of Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Business Strategy, by appraising global/industry trends, consumer evolution and competitive environment to set Dialog group corporate objectives and goals in line with Axiata group vision.
- Prepare revenue budgets/forecasts for Business Units (BUs) and Market Business Units (MBUs) in order to support financial budgeting.
- Involve/execute in target setting for BUs and sales teams.
- Modelling the business plans/ investment appraisals in MS Excel and prepare MS Power point slides with proper story line/ message to the top Management.
- Prepare the business KPIs in line with corporate objectives while benchmarking performance with industry best practices to ensure control over processes.
- Develop/Model organisation-wide performance monitoring system for Business Unit and Sales Units
- Prepare variance analysis against targets to ensure that the monitoring is linked to the corporate objectives in the business plan so that to achieve goal congruence.
- Furnish all Axiata Corp Centre deliverables.
-Rolling forecast (Has to be done for all products – Mobile/Fixed/TV/ICT/Other)
-Preparation of EWG/Cost EWG presentations
-Preparation/attend the ad-hoc requirements from Corp Centre
- Preparation of the Monthly BU P&L reports
- Conceptualizing and modelling of inorganic growth and new business models in order to achieve growth and synergy.
- Prepare evaluations(cost/benefit) on vendors for new projects in order to make decisions and select appropriate vendors.
- Involve/prepare board papers/ investment papers based on the instructions given (board papers)
- Actively provide inputs in carrying out conceptualisation, planning and implementation of revenue drive strategies and cross functional cost rescaling projects (CRS) and report productivity/operational efficiency to CXO’s
- Prepare information and write ups to annual reports in order to provide information to stakeholders of the company about business performance.
- Prepare necessary information to the coordinating bodies on investor relations in order to provide information to shareholders on performance.
- Perform any ad-hoc impact analysis/ forecast based on any unforeseen economic conditions.
Entry Requirements
- Degree (Engineering or Business) with First Class (Hons) OR a Management Degree from a reputed University
- Proficiency in MS Office package (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
