Responsibilities of the position
- Manage special projects by following up on important tasks, meeting deadlines, and tracking detailed actionable items.
- Provide meeting summaries and supporting documents in preparation for scheduled meetings.
- Compile minutes, documentation, reports, presentations, etc.
- General visits to the customer service centers.
